Well on the last stop before IMPACT’s hotly anticipated SLAMMIVERSARY we make a Call at the World-Famous Booker T Gym for Deep IMPACT. What a show it was I hadn’t really heard much about The ROW but I’m feeling like I’m missing out on an excellent company with some Future stars, here is what happened at Deep IMPACT in partnership with Booker T’s Reality of wrestling.

Starting with Jordynne Grace vs Alex Gracia the two the unknown Gracia took it straight to the Knockout and immediately wanted to make a name for herself. Both women attempted their finishers during the match and even had Grace lifting Gracia up onto her shoulders on the outside and dropping her face first onto the apron. Back in the ring Gracia hit Grace with a cross body off the top but had little effect, Grace would pick her opponent up and finally Connect with the Grace-Driver for the win putting IMPACT 1-0 up.

The Commentary team making clear they are counting victory’s and that this is a competition with Excellent banter throughout.

Diego De La Cruz & Johnathon Vega vs The Rascalz (Dez & Wentz). The number 1 contenders for the IMPACT world tag team champions put on a great showing as did the team known as La Familia who gave the IMPACT team a run for their money. A highly athletic match with The Rascalz missing their finisher completely as Vega rolled out of the way to avoid the Straight fire, However the Rascalz couldn’t escape with the win and Dez eats the pin after a Double team finisher by La Familia. 1-1

Then we have Moose vs Mysterious Q, matches like therefore I love Wrestling. A guy nobody has really heard of In Q giving everything he’s got against a big name like Moose and nearly coming away with the win. Moose is used to

usually being the bigger man in his matches, but he didn’t have much of an advantage in this bout. The two big men would trade blows back and forth but when Q hit his Q cutter finishing move it looked to be over as we where informed by the resident ROW play by play commentator only a handful of superstars have kicked out of this move, well now you can Add moose to that list. The Former NFL star soon got back up and after a couple missed attempts, he connected with the No Jackhammer needed Spear for the win giving impact their lead back.

We then get a 12-man Scramble for the ROW Texas TV Championship where The Champion Ayden Cristiano defends his title against Cameron Cole, Brian Keith, Will Lockhart, Brenden Steen, Isaiah, Ethan Page, Josh Alexander, Dave Crist, Jake Crist, Mad Man Fulton and willie Mack.

This was an over the top rope battle royal until there were 2 men left then it would become a 1 on 1.

Keith is Eliminated first followed by Page and Cristiano meaning there would be a new champion. They’re followed up by Fulton being eliminated by all ROW superstars, Jake and Dave soon follow Fulton over the ropes then Isaiah, Cole and Mack with Lockhart being the 10th eliminated. So for the title we have Josh Alexander vs Brendon Steen, Ethan Page comes back to ringside to support his tag team partner and The “ Walking Weapon” just destroys Steen for next 5 minutes and after Alexander delivers a Super plex to Steen the impact tag champ rolls through and stands up putting Steen into a pedigree position but Steen rolls through to a Jack knife cover to steal The Tv title and Bring the score to 2-2.

Sami Callihan faced Teralle Tempo in a match that went to a double count out after the fight spilled outside onto the stage with both men attempting fisherman’s suplex’s off the stage as the Ref counted to 10, They continued the fight backstage but weren’t followed by a camera.

Then we had Michael Elgin vs The ROW Texas Champion Moonshine in a Non-Title match. Both men started hitting each other hard with both hitting huge shoulder tackles off the ropes trying to knock each other down but neither had the desired Effect. They would go back a fourth hitting each other with everything they had but it seemed neither could finish it, that was until the north came out and distracted the referee as Alexander threw a tag title into Elgin who nailed Moonshine with it for the win. I really hope this is the

beginning of a new team Canada in IMPACT and I wonder if the north will involve themselves in the world championship match later tonight.

Eddie Edwards faced off against the youngest ROW triple crown champion Gino in an excellent match with the two being very technical in their wrestling ability, but Eddie did show his Lunatic side when he picked Gino up and rammed him crotch first into a support beam in the arena. But it was Gino who came away with a huge win after a snap Eat Da Feet from the middle rope which he calls the red letter gave him the 3 over the former world Champion.

Time for the women’s match where Tessa Blanchard Defeated Hyan, SU Yung and the Diamonds Division Champion A Q A. Blanchard won the match after hitting her flying code breaker (Magnum) to Hyan earning herself a shot at the Diamond Division Championship which was the Stipulation. If A member of the diamond’s division had pinned a knockout, she would then be in contention for a knockout’s championship opportunity.

A tag team match between the current ROW tag team champions Fly Def (Zack Zilla & Warren) against the former IMPACT tag champions LAX. This match did not disappoint and if LAX are to leave IMPACT I would enjoy Seeing Fly Def as part of the IMPACT tag division, they would be an excellent fit and a credit to the roster. Fly Def managed to come away with the win by giving IMPACT a taste of their own medicine and were there to prove they may be a small company but they fight big when a distracted ref was paying attention to the ROW tag champs Moonshine snuck outside and nailed Santana with a chair and Fly Def pick up the win.

Then in the Main Event the X Division and ROW championships where on the line in a winner take all singles match between the X champ Rich Swann and the Reality of wrestling World Champion. The Match ended in a no-contest when Callihan and Tempo brought their brawl back down to ringside then all hell let loose when both rosters came out to fight each other in a mass brawl with the match “Thrown out” by the referee.

That was a great show from IMPACT and ROW although ROW is owned by Booker T, he did not make an appearance like may thought he might. Now IMPACT can move on to their SLAMMIVERSARY and complete their Texas Trifecta. I can not wait to see what happens in Dallas, one thing for sure it’s can’t miss.
