IMPACT WRESTLING was live on Twitch & although most of the matches were very entertaining some of the talent from World Class Wrestling were slightly in experienced which lead too them making a few mistakes in their match ups. Tickets didn’t really sell that well which lead too all the bleacher seats being completely empty, the show was still enjoyable and everyone involved gave their all.

Before I start I just wanna give a shout out too the Preshow Josh Matthews interviewed some members of the Roster including Sami Callihan who is very funny & also Kiera Hogan who is a tremendous heel. Ethan Page & Josh Alexander (The North) were on commentary for the pre show match which saw “Retro” Randy Price pick up a win in a fatal 4 way. Page & Alexander are hilarious & I think this won’t be the last time they’re put on commentary.

TJP Def. Rohit Raju

This match was the official opener of the show which started a little late due too some issues on the Preshow. The match was originally scheduled as a triple threat with Rich Swann but unfortunately Rich had some travel issues & couldn’t make it in time.

However despite the sound issues in the beginning & Rohit not getting any entrance music the two had a solid match, Quite Athletic with Rohit proving himself as someone too keep an eye on in the future. Such a terrific heel & very entertaining, TJP was TJP in this match he showed WWE what they’re missing with a few dives too the outside which is something we’ve come too expect from any TJP match & he very much delivered. The finish would come after many attempts too hit it Perkins would get Raju up onto his shoulders & drop him with the Detonation kick for the 3.

Solid opener

Moose Def. Hawk

Moose simply dominated in this match and showed off his power with so many hard hitting moves showing the Lawton crowd just what he can do too fan favourite Hawk. Hawk isn’t someone I’m familiar with because as I’m sure is the case with most of you when you hear the name Hawk you automatically think ” What a Rush” but this man is a native American & leader of the Arrow Club he is a fan favourite in World Class. Hawk got in a few moves & even knocked moose off his feet with a big dropkick off the top rope, Hawk is someone who reportedly attended an IMPACT tryout at the previous Las Vegas Tapings but it doesn’t seem like he impressed too much. Overall the match wasn’t too long & came too an end when Moose delivered the No Jackhammer needed Spear for the 3.

A match that was great but could have been a lot better.

After the match Moose cuts a promo on Ken Shamrock but is interrupted by his Victory road opponent, UFC Hall of Famer & a former partner too Moose Stephen Bonnar who jumps in the ring & puts Moose in an arm bar.

Shera Def. Flex Zerba

In my opinion this match was quite sloppy & although Shera has improved a lot since his last run with IMPACT some years ago I think his match quality depends on who he’s in the ring with, I’ve never heard of Zerba & I don’t think I’m likely too. I can’t be a good sign when the Commentary team are burying you which seemed too happen a lot from Josh Matthews & Scott D’Amore. Shera however would impress somewhat with some very hard hitting moves, it’s clear his time in OVW has improved his in ring skill. Shera would pick up the win after dropping Zerba with the Sky high pop up powerbomb.

As I say a fairly sloppy match in my opinion. But still a step in the right direction for the returning Shera.

Rosemary & Taya Valkyrie Def. Desi Derata & Kiera Hogan.

A very entertaining knockouts Tag team match with Kiera heeling it up before the bell had even rung, taking out a phone & having a conversation with who she said was “Her Royal Highness The Queen Bee” Madison Rayne who apparently wanted too know who Derata is & Rayne apparently told Hogan that Desi has too start the match.

The match itself was great with Taya Valkyrie playing the heel champion very well as she would pick & choose when she would step in the ring & making her partner do all the work, something which the Demon Assassin wasn’t best pleased with. All four women got too show what they could do throughout the match Desi Derata had some impressive moments although I think maybe there’s room for improvement as like her brother (Hawk) there was some sloppy moments in her offence. All in a good match with the finish coming when after some miscommunication between Derata & Hogan, Kiera would slap her opponent only for the girl on Fiyah too eat a spear from the Knockouts champion and roll out the ring leaving Rosemary too deliver a sit down reverse stunner for the 3.

The Knockouts put on a good showing but somehow didn’t feel that good as the small crowd didn’t seem interested.

World Class Championship Match

MVP Def. Chavo Guerrero(c) via DQ

Too many this was a nostalgic match up
