The show has a package showing off what happened between British Strong Style and Imperium, reminding us that Alexander Wolfe is Imperium’s new 4th member.

The show fully begins with Kenny Williams going up against Kassius Ohno in an interesting battle of speed versus strength. This episode of NXT UK is at the Download Festival, Aidan English, who I’m surprised to mention is not bad on commentary, replaced Nigel McGuinness. Ohno gets the better of Williams by constantly overpowering him. Ohno delivers a massive blow to the head and picks up the painful on Williams.

Imperium make their way to the ring, constantly interrupted by the audience at the loud and proud Download Festival. The audience chant “Pete Dunne” and “We want wrestling” as they are bored with the promo. Travis Banks eventually comes out saying he’s ready for his WWE NXT UK Championship match on the next episode of NXT UK.

The next match consists of The Hunt against Gallus, Noam Darr says to Kenny Williams that perhaps he should join him under his wing if he truly wants to be lucky. The match begins with a brawl on the outside until it eventually gets back into the ring, both teams have a back and forth until Gallus maintain control of the match. Wild Boar gets constantly double teamed until eventually Primate becomes the legal man, but there is no saving The Hunt as Gallus pick up the win. Gallus then attack The Hunt after the match until Dave Mastif arrives to even the odds.

Moustache Mountain cut a promo on their upcoming NXT UK Tag Title shots against Grizzled Young Veterans.

The main event of this episode has every woman from NXT UK roster, aside from Champion Toni Storm, they are to compete in a Battle Royal to crown the #1 Contender. Jazzy Gabot begins to dominate the match, however she gets eliminated by Piper and Brookside, followed by Brookside eliminating Jinny. Ripley eliminates Killer Kelly in an interesting strong fashion. Brookside and Kay Lee Ray are the last 2 in the match until Kay Lee Ray wins and earns her opportunity at the NXT UK Woman’s Championship.
