@BiekoDaniel

Although I’ve not watched a lot of wrestling over the last 7 days, a few things did prick my ears up.
The whole Double or Nothing event was amazing from start to finish.

The Young bucks vs the Lucha Bros epitomised what tag team wrestling us all about and I can only be excited to see which other teams will be in the AEW tag team division.

Cody vs Dustin……well what can you say except Wow, such an emotional match between the 2 brothers, Dustin made some of the younger talent look bad with his display, for a guy of 50 years old he certainly rolled back the years to deliver a stellar outing, Cody’s heartfelt speech got me right in the feels and I think the match against The Bucks will be one to remember.

Jericho vs Omega 2 was in my opinion was no where near a classic, a good match yes but we have seen both guys have better matches. Omega sold the ‘Judas Effect’ like a champ, really put it over as a devastating strike.

And I’ve only seen Hangman Page a couple of times, but based on that I think he will be AEW’s face sooner rathar than later.

Then I saw NXT Takeover XXV and that was the best WWE show I’ve seen in a while, with Roderick Strong Vs Matt Riddle being my favorite match.

@RoxBlackburn

Are we all braced for the WWE s**t storm that’s rumoured for this week? Rumblings suggest Rollins is going to drop the Universal Title to Lesnar on Monday night.

Finn Balor got his girl and made it to the Champions League final. Bless him.

My buddies over at For The Love Of Wrestling convention have announced Kurt Angle and Trish Stratus for next years event. And Wales Comic Con have announced Rusev and Lana for their event in December. How do we feel about wrestlers attending convention? Does it take away from their characters? Please share your thoughts.

I enjoyed NXT Takeover 25 very much and I feel it’s the absolute right time for Adam Cole (BayBay) to take the helm for the yellow and black brand. But what now for Gargano? In an ideal world, he’d be called up to the main roster and catapulted into the stratosphere. Unfortunately, we do not live in that world.

Triple H’s chronical did nothing but make me angry. Don’t get me wrong, he embraces his role with conviction and determination but he is run ragged and further proves that the WWE schedule, at times, is nothing short of ridiculous!
