So, on the road to SLAMIVERSARY in Dallas we make a quick stop at the Freetail Brewery In San Antonio in Partnership with River City Wrestling, here is what went Down at Bash at the Brewery.

A very strong opening from the Rascalz as they faced off against Steve O’Reno, Matthew Palmer & “Dirty” Andy Dalton. A makeshift team put together in the first IMPACT vs RCW match in which both teams worked together great but of course with The Rascalz being the more cohesive team their opponents were no match and Dez picks up the win for his team with the final flash.

The World Champion Brian Cage comes out to ring before his upcoming Match with Moose to tell Big Michael Elgin that after SLAMMIVERSARY he will still be the world champion. Cage was then interrupted by his opponent for the night Moose. Moose had told Cage that he isn’t focusing on their match tonight which is a bad thing because if He get’s “Pissed Off” he could sabotage the main event of SLAMMIVERSARY by sending the world champ back to the hospital. Then from out of nowhere the Number 1 contender Elgin jumps into the ring and the two beats down the champ, but as big mike starts going too far Moose tries to put a stop to it. It was clear Moose merely wanted to weaken his opponent, but Elgin had other ideas delivering several chair shots to the injured lower back of cage. Referee’s and security attempted to stop it several times but to no Avail until “Unbreakable” Elgin decided to leave. Cage was then taken to a local medical facility and was out of the show Making Eddie Edwards vs Elgin a Triple Threat with Moose.

Next we had The RCW heavyweight Championship Between Fallah Bahh © and “Adorable” Anthony Andrews. I don’t really know much about Andrews but it’s clear he’s a dastardly heel and with the promoter of RCW in his corner it didn’t look like Bahh was going to escape with his title but with a little back and forth along with some heel tactics Fallah Bahh retained his RCW world championship with a nod to his Idol Yokozuna as Fallah hits Andrews with a Banzai Drop in the corner for the 3.

Havok was supposed to be facing off with Jordynne Grace and for the short amount of time the match went on for both knockouts looked strong. However, SU Yung was ringside for Jessica Havok and it didn’t take long for her to get involved, hitting Grace with a palm strike on the outside directly in front of the ref which lead to Havok’s immediate Disqualification. A beat down to

Grace by the pair was thwarted by The Demon Assassin Rosemary and a tag Match was made cancelling out SU vs Rosemary. Both teams looked incredible in this match with both getting in strong offence and both looking like they could win it. It was however a spear from Rosemary to SU which picked up the win for her team whilst the two Amazon’s battled outside.

Then we got to see a fantastic 6-person tag match with OVE (Crist’s, Fulton) vs Blanchard, Swann & Mack. All 6 participants looked Excellent. We had Mack and Fulton providing the power with bits of Athleticism thrown in there and Tessa put on A showing for sure, Rich showing just why he is champion. Willie would hit A touch top rope Conhilo to the outside onto Fulton taking them both out the rest of the Match. Blanchard was perched on the top rope waiting to hit her flying Codebreaker the Magnum to Jake only to be intercepted by Dave. He puts the knockout in a Super plex position with Jake ready in the ring to hit a super plex, Powerbomb combo but Fortunately Tessa keeps blocking and Swann runs in hitting Jake with a Handspring cutter. Tessa forces Dave off to the outside she stands on the top rope and finally nails Jake with the magnum for the 3.

Now we move on to the last-minute Triple threat between “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin vs Eddie Edwards/w Kenny 2.0 vs “Mr IMPACT WRESTLING” Moose in what was match of the night for me. Three of the Best IMPACT has to offer. Match starts very quickly with Eddie getting a 2 count from a roll up and Elgin pulls moose off Throwing him Outside before Edwards hits a Suicide dive onto the both. The three battle it out in excellent triple threat action with all 3 picking up momentum and looking able to win. But as Elgin and Moose are Exchanging heavy chops Moose Eye pokes Big Mike and they begin kicking each other until Elgin hits a pop up powerbomb only to be low blowed by Moose, Edwards jumps in the ring with Kenny the Kendo stick but Elgin hits his signature buckle bomb quickly followed up by an Elgin bomb to Eddie for the 1,2,3.

Now onto an Excellent tag team match between Josh Alexander and Ethan Page (The North) vs The Current IMPACT World Tag Champs LAX. The Walking Weapon and Santana kick off with a great exchange between the pair the match goes on with The North dominating much of the fight however Santana and Ortiz are proving why they’re the greatest tag team champs in IMPACT history. LAX hit a double buckle bomb for a very near fall before The North hit their wheel-barrow cutter into a German suplex, LAX then get another near fall

Alexander gets his foot up on the bottom rope. Before “All Ego” Ethan page hits Santana with the Championship title from the outside and The North get the pin and are Your New IMPACT Wrestling World Tag Team Champions. This could mean at SLAMMIVERSARY it will be The Rascalz vs The North vs LAX and what a match that will be.

After that Match we move on to the main event in Which R.V.D battles “The Draw” Sami Callihan in an Extreme dream match. Throughout the match momentum swings back and forth between the two but Callihan had one goal, take out the Veterans legs which is proof Sami a cerebral heel knowing you take out the legs you take away 90% of Van Dam’s offence. Callihan would remain focused on the legs until he misses a diving elbow drop when RVD gets a near fall off a crucifix and a monkey flip in the corner, but we knew Callihan’s jackal’s wouldn’t be too far away when Jake Crist causes a distraction allowing Sami to hit a Death Valley Driver on the ECW icon but only for a two count. Rob would hit a Van Damminator followed up by a five-star frog splash for the win.

What a show that was IMPACT Plus once again showing that it’s a spectacular App and the monthly specials are something not to be missed. A title changes which has never happened on a special ever that has made these specials unmissable. Many brilliant matches you should watch if you can
